Return & Exchange Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us!  We hope you are fully satisfied with your Blissful Bungalow Boutique purchase, but if not, here are our guidelines for returns and/or exchanges:

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase WITH your receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• All returned items must be damage free, have the original tag attached (if applicable), and be in the original packaging.
• NO refunds will be issued without a receipt.
• Damaged items: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged product using the "contact us" tab at the bottom of the home page.  Please submit a photo of the damage along with message.  Damaged items will be returned for full amount of purchase and a shipping label will be provided.
• Sale Items: All items purchased 30% off or greater are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs are nonrefundable once the item has shipped from the store. Cost to return the item(s) by mail are the responsibility of the purchaser.
